You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others or contain offensive content — we may reclaim a username that breaks this rule.

• Don't scrape, bulk-download or resell the question bank, lessons or explanations.
• Don't abuse the AI tutor, attempt to bypass usage limits, or create multiple accounts to do so.
• Don't upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content in notes or feedback.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or probe the service outside of a good-faith security report.

CertReady is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA, Cisco, ISC2, EC-Council or any other certification body. All trademarks belong to their owners. Questions are original practice material, not real exam content — using real exam content violates certification agreements.

Readiness scores and pass-probability estimates are approximations based on your in-app performance. They are a study signal, not a guarantee of passing any exam.

AI-generated explanations and tutor replies can be wrong or incomplete. Always verify against official exam objectives and vendor documentation. AI usage is limited per account per day; limits may change as the service evolves.

CertReady is offered as-is, without warranty. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertReady is not liable for exam outcomes, lost study time, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
