Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email address (from email sign-up or Google sign-in), your chosen username and display name.
• Study data — questions answered, correct/incorrect results, XP, streaks, badges, notes, saved questions, your study plan and exam date.
• Product analytics — page views and feature-usage events, tied to your account id, used to improve the app.
• Error reports — error messages, stack traces and the page you were on when something broke.
• AI tutor messages — the prompts you send to the tutor are forwarded to our AI provider to generate a reply.

No payment card details are stored by CertReady. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

If you have a username, your username, XP, accuracy, questions answered and study streak appear on the public leaderboard. Your email address is never shown. Deleting your account removes your leaderboard entry.

CertReady runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides hosting, the database and authentication. Your progress is stored in that database and cached locally in your browser so the app works offline. AI features are processed by a third-party model provider through Lovable's AI gateway.

Study data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, username, progress, leaderboard entry and login credentials. Aggregated, non-identifying usage counts may remain in analytics.

You can access and correct your profile in Settings, export nothing more than you can already see in the app, and delete everything with account deletion. For any other privacy request, or to report a security issue, contact us through the in-app feedback button.

CertReady is intended for users aged 16 and over.

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change and we'll note it in the app.
